Everyday Creativity explores how we, as artists or simply human beings, can perceive our world and communicate that to others beyond fear, ego and expectation. Drawing on the dharma art teachings of Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche, and taught by Shambhala Art teachers Melinda Rothouse and Adam Sultan, Everyday Creativity, is a fun, informal exploration of the creative process from the perspective of mindfulness and living authentically. For creatives of all sizes!

Ordering Your Life
In this class we explore a natural order for guiding our life and creative endeavors, using the examples of the four dignities of Shambhala: Meek, Perky, Outrageous, and Inscrutable. Joining guided meditation instruction, discussion, and various exercises, we’ll address the questions: When and how do I begin? Why should I continue? What if my art sucks?
