Sunday Free Meditation Instruction

    Room: Community Room
    All are welcome for free meditation instruction. You don’t need to bring anything or sign up beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing. Please arrive before the scheduled time, come through the front door and take a seat. An instructor will greet you. We provide mostly small group instruction in a grounded mindfulness practice. The session usually lasts between 30 - 60 minutes. You will be able to ask questions about the practice or the Center during this time.
