Sunday Morning Online Meditation
We will begin the sit at 10:00 AM with a brief meditation instruction and opening chants, sitting meditation interspersed with walking meditation. At 11 AM we will have a contemplation and discussion and end the sit with closing chants and announcements at 11:30.
