Meditation Instruction

Meditation instruction is available to anyone, free of charge. We offer introductory instruction to newcomers on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM. Please see our calendar for links with more details.

For a lighter touch, our Sunday Morning Meditation events typically begin with a short period of guided meditation starting at 10:00 AM.
