Why practice? Here’s your answer. When we feel lazy about practicing or when we can’t maintain a daily practice, these four thoughts remind us of why we practice and of the importance of practice. These are seminal foundational teachings of the Buddhadharma. They connect us with the four noble truths and reveal how to work with these truths, leading to a greater appreciation of our lives. These Four Thoughts are important to all levels of practice. Without the motivation of these Four Thoughts, our practice becomes meaningless.

The weekend will include: talks, meditation instruction, contemplation practice, discussion, and dialogue practice.

Ideal for both new and seasoned practitioners, you are warmly invited to join us.
